Job Description is
Position :Technical Support Representatives
(Voice
Process)
Answers
basic questions on call about the installation, operation, configuration,
customization, and usage of assigned products.
Takes end
to end Ownership of the End User Issues till resolution and follow up as mandated
by process requirements.
Applies basic
diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend
solutions to correct the common failures.
Escalates
complex problems to Remote Support Engineering staff or Field Engineering.
Typically
provides support for the Internal and External customers.
Escalates
complex problems to higher level of the expertise within organization.
Key Qualifications are:
Willingness
and ability to work in the shifts (24 x 7).
Excellent
verbal and written communications.
Good
Knowledge on the Operating Systems, Hardware, Networking and MS Applications.
Multitasking
and coordination skills.
Well versed
with the technology (understanding of networks, monitoring, DBMS, Windows) .
Excellent
judgment skills to be able to properly evaluate situations and immediately
provide effective solution.
