Job Position :Associate Engineer - Technical
Support
Ensures
delivery and management of end-to-end technical support service.
Performs
operational support for the server hardware and platform software.
Acts as
liaison between the project team members, customers, and installation team to

and resolves hardware and the software incidents, performs root cause analysis to
